This research aims to understand the elements that influence the motivation of construction workers and how these motivational factors impact their performance and overall productivity. The study discovered that several key factors, including teamwork, contractual work arrangements, leadership through personal example, and provision of necessary equipment, have significant effects on motivation and also contribute to productivity. Additionally, factors such as effective communication, a sense of belonging, opportunities to take on challenging tasks, alignment with organizational goals, and overtime work were identified as critical contributors to motivation.
